WOW!! I’m so mad at Facebook right now! I had free concert tickets in my inbox that I didn’t know about because the message went into the ‘Other’ folder and didn’t notify me!!!
Gym Class Heroes, my favorite freaking band, played a free show in NYC last weekend, and I didn’t win tickets, but I messaged people who won and said they couldn’t go to take the tickets off their hands.
I found someone on tumblr with a pair and told them I’d be interested if still available. Day of the show and I didn’t have any notifications so I just shrugged it off, no big deal…I couldn’t be upset since I didn’t win any myself.
But now I can be upset because Facebook screwed me over!! It was a very kind gesture of that person and I couldn’t accept it and I’m blaming Mark Zuckerberg. If I ever meet him, he owes me a free Gym Class concert!
Excited about this weekend, everything is better when it’s free!
We bring ourselves down, and build up ourselves with disappointment. How fragile we are, so fragile we are we just don’t show it. We’ll shake up this town, and shoot down the stars for our enjoyment. So sexy we are, we just don’t know it.
